Pro-f - Probiotic Tropical Fish Food both

The best course of action when feeding any animal is usually variety! Fish are no exception. When choosing which foods are best to give daily, it is important to look at what nutrition both offer:

Frozen foods:
Most fish relish the opportunity for something meaty - even if it’s not alive. It’s certainly more natural for them to eat, as it is what would be encountered in the wild. Frozen foods offer different levels of nutrition. Some food manufacturers even infuse their foods with garlic or spirulina in order to increase the nutritional value.. But most frozen foods cannot match the balanced diet that dry foods contain. Also not everyone is happy with the idea of frozen fish foods mixed in their freezers with their own food!

Dry foods
Can be bought in a variety of diets and pellet styles and sizes to cater for nearly all fish species. Dry foods are manufactured to provide the correct protein, fat and oil contents for healthy growth. Most dry foods are fortified with vitamins and minerals, much like our breakfast cereals. Fortification of vitamins and minerals in food allows fish (and us) to get a balanced diet. This process has been used for 100 years in human food production! Dry foods therefore provide a staple, daily diet to maintain healthy growth and vitality.
